Akshay Kumar's upcoming horror-comedy "Laxmmi Bomb" is one of the most awaited films of the year. Featuring Kiara Advani, the film is directed by Raghava Lawrence. "Laxmmi Bomb" was initially scheduled to release in theatres on May 22. However, due to the corona virus pandemic, it took the OTT route. Making an official announcement during Disney+Hotstar's live event this evening, Akshay shared two intriguing posters of the film. Independent short film creators, artists and thousands others who rely on a continuously growing industry and audience were terribly affected, leaving them confused, demoralized and in need for inspiration. At this time producer and director Kamal Nathani mooted a novel idea and launched UVAA VIRTUAL FILM FESTIVAL. UVFF2020 India's first online film festival for independent short film makers was curated during Lockdown. It was open for submission of entries from 10th May to 14th June 2020. Initially Kamal Nathani was apprehensive as to how people would react to the concept but UVFF gave filmmakers across the globe a platform to showcase their talent. Nanda Yadav was last seen in why cheat India alongside Emraan Hashmi. She has now worked on kala bai. The teaser is out and it looks refreshing. It has an ensemble cast which includes Nanda Yadav and Sharib Hashmi. The film is directed by Saumitra Singh who has earlier directed The wallet and Painful Pride. We had extended rehearsals for the film. He is very sorted. It's been a very learning experience. It's the journey of an artist and what he goes through in that journey. It's a simple story with a lot of bright spots. " We are slowly getting accustomed to the Nanda Yadav. She is foraying her path into the big bad world of bollywood and we can't wait to see more of this powerhouse of a performer. We wish the entire team all the luck.

During this phase of lockdown I’m celebrating my birthday with my family at home. I feel like that’s the best way to celebrate your birthday, when you’re surrounded by your loved ones.
